THE TRAINING

As an HR Management Trainee, you will be part of our dynamic Human Resources team, learning and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of HR management. On successful completion, you will join our management team in one of our divisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with entry level CHRP, graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. 
  • No prior experience needed.
  • Must have at least Grade B Plain in KCSE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external partners effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and handle sensitive employee matters with tact and discretion.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and support HR initiatives.
  • Able to Maintain the highest level of ethical standards and confidentiality in handling employee information.
  • Precise and meticulous in HR tasks such as record-keeping and data analysis.

Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Pay: 180,000 KES .The compensation for the Finance / Accounting position is performance-based, varying with individual results and task fulfillment. The figure above is an estimate.
