Key Responsibilities
1. Planning & Preparation (25%)
- Assist in developing annual training schedules for partner healthcare facilities.
- Thoroughly prepare for central training sessions in alignment with the established plan.
- Design and oversee training and mentorship programs for alumni partners to ensure continuous healthcare improvements.
- Coordinate with the administration team to arrange training venues and logistical requirements on time.
- Keep health facility records and files updated on a regular basis.
2. Training & Mentorship Delivery (40%)
- Lead training and mentorship sessions as per the predefined schedule.
- Conduct central training workshops in alignment with the annual plan.
- Provide continuous mentorship to healthcare facility staff following set guidelines.
- Support alumni partners to maintain consistent, high-quality healthcare services.
- Assist healthcare providers in setting up online accounts and participating in virtual training.
- Offer curriculum guidance and help tailor content to local healthcare contexts.
- Ensure partners achieve at least 80% in post-module assessments and Quality Score Card (QSC) evaluations.
- Track partners’ progress, ensuring they consistently score at least 80% on previous module evaluations.
- Analyze facility data, including financial and pharmacy metrics, and support facility leaders in addressing identified gaps.
- Maintain accurate records of health facility supervision.
- Follow up on action plans developed during mentorship visits.
- Participate in quarterly program reviews to drive ongoing improvements.
- Conduct training evaluations at different stages to measure impact and effectiveness.
3. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner health facilities, church leaders, and county officials.
- Represent LifeNet in county and sub-county technical meetings as needed.
- Act as a LifeNet representative in external engagements and forums.
- Foster positive engagement with stakeholders to uphold LifeNet’s reputation.
4. Reporting & Documentation (20%)
- Ensure all reports adhere to LifeNet’s reporting standards and submission guidelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed activity reports following each training or mentorship session.
- Document success stories from healthcare facilities and patients in line with LifeNet’s reporting framework.
- Participate in stakeholder outreach initiatives and provide technical insights when required.
- Offer regular reports and feedback to healthcare partners after each visit.
- Compile and submit bi-annual and annual reports to partner health facilities and diocesan bodies.
Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: 100,000 KES. Compensation for the Finance/Audit role is performance-based, meaning actual earnings will vary depending on individual performance in relation to job responsibilities and deliverables. The figure above represents an estimated cost based on expected duties and requirements.
