Job Overview
Shalom Community Hospital is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join its expanding marketing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in developing effective brand strategies, executing advertising campaigns, and demonstrating a keen eye for detail and design.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Assist in building and maintaining a customer research database.
Analyze market trends and audience insights to optimize outreach strategies.
Conduct research on competitors and industry developments.
Support product development and pricing strategies to align with market demands.
Work alongside the Business Development Manager to strengthen the hospital’s brand identity.
Monitor and document campaign performance, making necessary adjustments for improvement.
Regularly collaborate with the marketing director and team members to align strategies.
Foster teamwork within the marketing department to drive innovative initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least two years of experience in marketing.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software such as Excel and CRM tools.
A collaborative team player with a creative and energetic approach.
Strategic thinking with a solid understanding of business growth principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Extensive experience in social media marketing and advertising.

Salary Range: Ksh 210,000 – Ksh 250,000 per month
