The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced the opening of support centers across 63 institutions in 47 counties to assist applicants for degree, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and Teacher Training College (TTC) programs.

This announcement comes shortly after the KUCCPS launched the placement portal for admissions to various educational institutions in preparation for the September 2025 intake.
In the Western and Nyanza regions, applicants can visit Alupe University (Busia), Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (Siaya), Kaimosi Friends University (Vihiga), Kibabii University (Bungoma), Kisii University, and Mabera Technical Training Institute (Migori) for assistance.
KUCCPS CEO Mercy Wahome further stated that additional officers are available at Maseno University (Kisumu), Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (Kakamega), Mawego National Polytechnic & Tom Mboya University (Homa Bay), Nyamira National Polytechnic, Rongo University (Migori), Shamberere Technical Training Institute (Kakamega), and St Joseph Technical Institute for the Deaf – Nyagoma (Siaya).
In the Central region, support centers are available at Dedan Kimathi University and Tetu Technical and Vocational College (Nyeri), Kirinyaga University, Limuru & Nachu Technical and Vocational College (Kiambu), Murang’a Technical Training Institute & University of Technology, and Nyandarua National Polytechnic.
Applicants can also visit the Karen Institute for the Deaf in Nairobi for support.
In the Rift Valley, centers have been set up at Baringo National Polytechnic, Belgut Technical & Vocational College, and Kabianga University (Kericho); Bomet University, Egerton University, and Total Technical Training Institute (Nakuru); Emmurua Dikkir Technical and Vocational College (Narok); and Endebess Technical Training College & Kitale National Polytechnic (Trans Nzoia).
Additional locations include Kapcherop & Kipsoen Technical and Vocational College (Elgeyo Marakwet), Kiteilakapel Technical and Vocational College, Koitalel Samoei University College (Nandi), Laikipia University, Maasai Mara University (Narok), Masai Technical and Vocational College, Moi University & University of Eldoret (Uasin Gishu), and Sotik Technical Training Institute (Bomet).
In the Northeastern and Eastern regions, applicants can visit Chuka & Tharaka University (Tharaka Nithi), David Wambuli Technical and Vocational College (Makueni), Embu University, Garissa University, Kaelo Technical and Vocational College & Meru University (Meru), and Laismis Technical Training Institute (Marsabit).
Other support locations in these regions include Machakos University, Mandera Technical Training Institute, South Eastern Kenya University, Turkana University, and Wajir Technical and Vocational College.
The coastal region also has support centers, including Garsen Technical and Vocational College (Tana River), Kinango & Lungalunga Technical and Vocational College (Kwale), Lamu East Technical and Vocational College, Pwani University, Taita Taveta University, Taveta Technical and Vocational College (Taita Taveta), and the Technical University of Mombasa.
Additionally, application support is available at all 58 Huduma centers and at the KUCCPS offices located at ACK Garden House in the Community Area, Nairobi.
Applications will be accepted from April 2 to 13, 2025.
